We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million
typewriters
will eventually
reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare.
Now, thanks to the Internet, we know
this is not true.

The gitk script (quickly)
patched to allow tree and full source view. Download

Note: In April 2006, a similar Tree
View Mode was added to the official gitk distribution.
Note: I'm not going to maintain
this patch any longer. However, I still feel it's much more natural to
use then the official version because it has tree view and patch view
right next to each other and one can easily navigate using both.
